Pristine Homes was started in May of 2018 and has quickly hit the ground running. We are a mother and son team from North Vernon, IN striving to use our expertise in property acquisition, property renovation, and property management to provide 100% satisfaction to our clients that purchase, lease, or invest in our real estate.

Braden Gasper is a co-founder and project manager at Pristine Homes, LLC. He is young and ambitious and has discovered an extreme passion for improving distressed real estate. Braden has found he loves to buy and manage apartment buildings, fix up homes, and search for new projects daily. After graduating from IUPUI in 2016 with degrees in Sports Management, Business, and Mathematics, Braden married his wife Leah in 2016. In his free time Braden loves to spend time with his family and friends, go to sporting events, work on his own house, and go to church. Even at a young age, he works as hard as he can to be the best he can be for Pristine Homes and its customers. Braden looks forward to helping Pristine Homes grow to its full potential in southern Indiana.

Shannon Renee Gasper is a co-founder and managing partner at Pristine Homes, LLC.  With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, she has founded, owned, and managed several businesses.  She is proficient at acquiring, managing, and selling residential, commercial, and agriculture real estate and is ready to bring these skills to Pristine Homes, LLC.  When she isn’t managing the business or shopping for that perfect fixture, you can hear her contagious laugh as she socializes with her family and friends.  She is blessed to be the mother of three children; Braden, Derek, and Megan, of whom she is beyond proud of. Shannon Renee Gasper is confident in her hard work ethic and she goes above and beyond to achieve quality results.  She is extremely excited to build Pristine Homes into an accomplished acquisition, renovation, construction, and management company.
